Growth & Margin Analysis
A comprehensive analysis of where your money is hiding — and why.
A deep dive on the 21 revenue and profit drivers that determine your cash flow, margins, and growth potential.
I examine the full journey from first touch to cash collected:
Your Growth & Margin Roadmap
You’ve seen this before. Someone smart analyzes your business, hands you a report, and moves on to their next client. Or they skim your P&L and tell you to cut expenses. Either way — you’re left holding a document that changes nothing.
I go deeper. I analyze your Contribution Margin by product line — showing you which parts of your business are building EBITDA and which are quietly destroying it.
This is the same analysis a private equity firm would do before acquiring your company — except I’m doing it so the value stays with you.
12-Month Engagement
I don’t hand you a report and disappear. I stay until the money is in your bank.
Bi-weekly calls with you and your leadership team (typically 60-90 minutes). During critical implementation phases, we may shift to weekly. As systems stabilize, we may move to monthly. The cadence adjusts to what your business needs.
Direct line to me for questions, decisions, and roadblocks. You’re not waiting for the next scheduled call when something urgent comes up.
I work alongside you and your team to execute the roadmap:
I don’t replace your team — I make them better.
For companies with sales teams, I deploy my proprietary system for improving sales performance — a metrics-based, accountability-driven approach that consistently increases close rates, average order value, and team productivity.
For areas outside my core expertise — merchant fee optimization, sales recruiting, leadership development — I bring in trusted specialists. You get a coordinated solution, not a patchwork of disconnected vendors.
Formal progress reviews against the roadmap. We measure what matters, adjust as needed, and document the EBITDA improvement. (This measurement also determines performance fee calculations.)
This isn’t outsourcing your management. I don’t do the day-to-day work FOR you. I provide strategy, training, accountability, and problem-solving. Your team executes. I make sure it happens.
You’re getting me — in the trenches, on the calls, doing the analysis, driving the results. You’re also getting my team behind me — coordinators who keep the project on track, and strategic partners for specialized areas outside my core expertise. I do the work personally — and I have the support behind me to deliver at the highest level.
The question is: How much is sitting there?
Expected return on your investment
For founders who want guidance, not implementation.
Not every company needs me in the trenches. Some founders want strategic guidance while their team does the work.
Custom based on scope and company size. Typically structured as a base fee plus performance component.
This is not my primary offer. Most companies benefit from implementation. But if advisory is the right fit, we can structure it.
For specific challenges that require deeper focus.
A deep analysis of your sales team’s performance and potential. Includes
Best for: Companies where sales team performance is a primary lever.
I’m selective. Here’s why.
I only take 6-8 clients per year. I go deep. I stay for 12 months.
If we’re not a fit, we’re both wasting time.
The diagnostic tells us if there’s a fit. If there’s not, I’ll tell you — and you’ll have a roadmap you can use regardless.
Start with a 15-minute call. No pitch. Just a few questions to see if there’s money worth finding.
